Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation policy for Vantanix preorders and services.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, preorder deposits are refundable up to shipment confirmation.

Full-payment preorder cancellations are handled before shipment according to the offer terms shown at checkout.

Diagnostic and service costs are quoted prior to repair authorization. Authorized work is generally non-refundable once completed.
